Welcome to the XylonLife Gym Guide. This document will help you understand and master the training system, including workout types, stat improvements, and energy management.

Gym Overview

The gym system allows you to train your character to improve various stats like Power, Agility, and Endurance. Training consumes energy and takes time to complete.

Stat Improvements

Training at the gym allows your character to improve three core attributes:

  • Power: Increases damage in combat and physical abilities
  • Agility: Improves dodge chance and critical hit rate
  • Endurance: Boosts maximum health and reduces energy consumption

Different workouts focus on improving different stats - choose wisely based on your character's needs.

Health Recovery

Many training sessions provide health benefits in addition to stat improvements:

  • Cardio and endurance workouts restore health over time
  • More intense workouts typically provide greater health recovery
  • Health regeneration continues even after training is complete
Use training as a way to recover health while also improving your character's abilities.

Time-Based Training

Training sessions are available in different durations to suit your schedule:

Tip: Plan longer training sessions before logging off to maximize your character's progress while you're away.

Gold Speedup

Don't want to wait for training to complete? Use gold to instantly finish any training session:

Speed Up Cost: 1 Gold per minute
Example (1h session): 60 Gold
Gold is a premium currency - use speedups wisely for maximum benefit.

Interrupting Training

You can interrupt an ongoing training session at any time. Here's what happens when you do:

  • 50% of energy spent
  • 50% of money spent
Important Notes
  • No stat improvements
  • Character becomes available
Tip: Only interrupt training if you need your character for something urgent. You'll lose some resources and won't gain any stat improvements from the interrupted session.

Different training sessions focus on improving specific stats. Choose the one that matches your character's needs:

Basic Strength Training

Focuses on building raw power and strength.

How to Train

Follow these steps to start a training session:

Check Your Energy

Make sure you have enough energy for the training session. Energy is required to start any workout.

Select a Workout

Choose a training session that matches the stats you want to improve. Consider the energy cost and time required.

Start Training

Click the button to begin. Your character will be busy for the duration of the training.

Complete, Speed Up or Interrupt

You have several options to manage your training:

  • Wait for completion: Let the training finish normally
  • Speed Up: Use gold to instantly complete the training with the button
  • Interrupt Training: Cancel the current training session using the button. Learn more

Collect Rewards

Once complete, click to receive your stat improvements.

Tip: You can only have one active training session at a time. Choose your training duration based on how long you plan to be away from the game.
